Why do I need a property management firm?

I had a recent conversation with a potential customer, and they asked us “Outside of the typical or assumed roles that property management companies play regarding collecting rent and tenant   communication   what other roles do they play?”  I think one that is important here is the arm’s length transaction.

As an owner, when you employ a property management company  you can communicate through us to your tenants and always have them at arm’s length away.   If you try to push rents or if you try to enforce rules, that’ll all be done through us as a vehicle and always keeping you in the position that, should you need to step in and say “hey we didn’t say that” or “I don’t know what Clever was thinking” to keep the property owner looking like the good guys.  Do not hesitate to use a property management company for this role.

Be clever, ask a professional.
