So, it was brought to my attention recently by one of our clients that we’re more than a property management company. He was explaining to us about value leveraging and using the relationships that we have to get things done. Not only is it collecting rent and doing all the things the property management company does, but it is also using the network that we have to make sure our clients are getting what they need when they need it.
For instance, today we have a client getting a sheetrock delivery. We showed up this morning, everyone’s trying to figure out what’s going on. They can’t load the sheetrock from the side road because of the angle of the road and the back has power lines in the way. So, what was the solution? We ended up reaching out to the sergeant of police, gave him a heads up what was going on and immediately he tells us “this is what you need to do you need to, get the cones out, you need to do this, you need to do that” and we were able to get everything taken care of and everybody’s moving through the road safely and problem is solved using those networking opportunities.
