A chilly morning on Windham Mountain and acorns starting to fall are pretty good reminders that winter isn’t far behind.
This is the time of year when we start making sure the homes we manage are ready for what’s coming. That means checking and replacing HVAC filters, running heating systems before they’re really needed, making sure everything is operating properly, and coordinating firewood deliveries for homes with wood-burning fireplaces or stoves.
The goal is simple: take care of the small things now before they become bigger problems when temperatures drop.
